Walhekarwadi, June 23, 2025: With the divine blessings of Satguru Mata Sudikshaji Maharaj, a grand blood donation camp was organised by the Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation, the social wing of the Sant Nirankari Mission, at the Walhekarwadi branch under Pune Zone on Sunday, June 22, 2025. In this noble initiative, 130 devotees of the Mission selflessly donated blood.
The camp was inaugurated at the hands of Mr. Tarachand Karamchandani, Zonal Incharge (Pune). On this occasion, senior officials of the Sant Nirankari Mandal as well as dignitaries from the social sector were present in large numbers.
The very first blood donation camp by the Sant Nirankari Mission was held in November 1986 in Delhi. At that time, Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj gave the humanitarian message — “Blood should flow in veins, not in drains.” The followers of the Mission have lived up to this message, and under the current guidance of Satguru Mata Sudikshaji Maharaj, this mission continues to expand and flourish.
The Sant Nirankari Mission regularly undertakes a wide range of humanitarian and social welfare initiatives across the globe. These include cleanliness drives, tree plantation, free health and eye check-up camps, women empowerment programs, child development initiatives, and assistance during natural calamities. For these impactful social contributions, the Mission has been recognised and honoured by both the Government of India and various state governments.
The success of the blood donation camp was made possible by the dedicated efforts of the Sant Nirankari Sewa Dal and the Mission’s followers. Dr. Ramchandra Lad expressed heartfelt gratitude to all the blood donors and dignitaries who contributed to the noble cause.
